Our guarantee and your responsibilty to your new puppy

We strongly urge you to take your puppy to a veterinarian within 72 hours. If the veterinarian finds a life-threatening illness, you must contact us immediate . You must return the puppy with the vet's dated statement of condition, and we will exchange it for another of equal value when available. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy is euthanized without our permission or if it is abused, neglected, or accident. We do not guarantee against parvovirus, parasites, bacterial infections, breed, inherited defects(common to the breed), hernias, or autoimmune disorders. Under no circumstances are we responsible for any cost incurred after the purchase of a puppy, including transportation and vet expenses.The puppy is not fully protected until it receives all boosters repeat de-worming. In transition home (travel,) avoid rest areas, dog parks,and pet stores.. where other dogs frequently use the restroom . To prevent picking up viruses like Parvo, most vets recommend not taking your puppy into public places until after the puppy has had its second vaccination (around 14-16 weeks). Puppy leave with first vaccination (breeder given ). During your vet visit never put your puppy on the floor or the ground inside or outside the vet clinic . No cash refunds are given—limited registration (no breeding). Full rights are given for an additional price at the breeder's discretion, with no guarantee of future litter for the pup. DO NOT send one of our puppies/dogs to a pound or shelter. The above conditions are required for all rights within this guarantee are void. This guarantee is written to protect the puppy, buyer, and breeder.
